By accessing and using Anor Plus services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Anor Plus provides specialist learning disability support services including:

• Person-centred care and support
• Educational therapy and assessment
• Family learning support programs
• Community integration services
• Direct payment support
• Active support methodologies

3. Service Availability

Our services are available throughout Kent and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary based on location, staff availability, and individual care requirements. We strive to provide consistent, reliable support while maintaining the highest standards of care.

4. User Responsibilities

Service users and their families agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about care needs
• Communicate any changes in circumstances or requirements
• Treat our staff with respect and dignity
• Provide a safe working environment for our care team
• Give reasonable notice for appointment changes or cancellations
• Make timely payments for services rendered

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the service arrangement:

• Direct Payments: We assist with managing local authority direct payments
• Private Arrangements: Payment due within 30 days of invoice
• Local Authority Contracts: Billed directly to the commissioning authority

Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, cheque, and card payments.

6. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Short notice cancellations may incur charges. Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Either party may terminate ongoing service arrangements with appropriate notice as outlined in individual service agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain comprehensive insurance and follow strict safety protocols, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of services provided.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active service users with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
